# Spare Keys > An if-I-am-out-of-reach handover drawn as a key cabinet. Type rough notes about what someone you trust would need to handle - bills, accounts, papers, animals, plants, devices, people to tell - one thing per line, say who would open it and how long you might be out of reach (a few days, a few weeks or more, for good). Each line becomes a key hung on the row for when it matters: first day or two, first week, first month, or only if it runs long. A key whose notes say where things are and who to call is cut; one with a gap stays a blank with a question. Then seal the keys into a plain letter for that person. Not legal, financial or medical advice. Phone numbers and emails stay. - The bench: every line hangs as an uncut blank with the page's guess at its category (care, health, home and car, bills, money and accounts, papers, devices and logins, people to tell), plus flags for lines that say nothing about where things are kept. - Exports: Markdown, a CSV of keys (id, line, when, category, item, where, contact, first move, missing, question), the letter as plain text, JSON, print; kept cabinets (in the browser, or in your account when signed in) are always stored after the scrubber has run. ## Metered (gpt-terra), two tasks - ring: the notes -> a verdict by ordered rules and the keys. Verdicts, first match wins: thin (fewer than three concrete things named; 2-3 questions to answer first), blanks (at least one key is missing where things are or who to call), cut (every key is complete). Each key: the line it came from, a short name, a category, a row (first day or two, first week, first month, if it runs long), where, contact, a first move, what is missing and a question to fill it; plus up to three categories a handover usually needs that no key covers. - letter: the keys -> a letter to the person who would open it, in the order they will need it, one step per one to three keys, with every blank listed as an open question. Voice plain or warm; the tone follows how long you may be away. The model may not invent anything: no company, person, place, number, email, date, month or deadline that is not in the notes, no pronouns the notes do not give, and never a secret. The page checks every reply: each line became one key or was set aside, every place and contact shares words with the line it came from, the verdict follows its rules, every key appears in the letter once on its own row, every blank is listed, and no removed secret, stray number or internal label appears in prose. ## Sources Built on the SkillSafe skill @alirezarezvani/knowledge-ops - https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@alirezarezvani/knowledge-ops - (runbook discipline: an owner, a time, a place, a success signal and an escalation contact for every step; 5W2H completeness checks).
